10.01.2022 Early 2021 will see a new outdoor and function space at the hotel but it does see the closure of the bottle shop. This Saturday and Sunday from 11am-5pm the bottle shop will open with remaining stock to be sold at cost prices.

10.01.2022 This weeks Lara Hotel All Star is Jess Aherne. Jess has been playing for Lara Giants for many years from u12s to womens. She has also been a part of our Littl...e Giants coaching team from the very start. Every Monday, Jess has been helping our youngest Little Giants learn the basic of the game, she has shown plenty of love & patience for all the little ones that start their basketball journey. Thank you Jess, you are a Lara Hotel All Stars.

10.01.2022 It’s a hard time for everyone at the moment and we want to let you know that we are open as usual. Our staff will monitor and implement the 100 people or more patron regulation. Our patrons are our priority and we will continue to practice high levels of sanitisation to ensure the health and safety of all our patrons and staff. We are watching and acting on the advice of the Australian Government as it comes to hand. Keeping in mind we are trading as usual and welcome you... to come and join us for a meal and a drink. Our team are still pouring cold beers and preparing delicious meals and providing friendly service, so please come in and see us. * please note the playroom is currently closed until further notice.

05.01.2022 For what has been a tough time for all Victorians we are pleased to announce The Lara Hotel is re-opening on the 9th of November. Thank you for everyone's support and patience. Restrictions are still in place and the hotels operation hours are constantly being reviewed accordingly. The hotel will be open 7 days a week but the kitchen will not be operating Sundays and Mondays; this is a short-term measure and will keep you posted.
