07.01.2022 8 Things about me - thanks for the Tag @fishwilliams2012 1. I am a mum of 2 boys, 8 (tomorrow) & 6. They are truly my world and I love learning from them and watching them grow into the young boys they are 2. I am an introvert. Sometimes I feel like my personallity is complex because I love people and chatting to them although I prefer small catch ups rather than big groups. It took me a long time to work this out, but now knowing this, I am a lot easier on myself. It basic...ally means I like to 'recharge my batteries alone' and am often in deep thought, I can be shy, this may be confusing to outsiders but I no longer worry what people think about me 3. I LOVE health and fitness - I workout most mornings, and listen to my body when I need a rest day. It gives me my 'me time' everyday and also makes me feel good with a release of those endorphins. I hope my love for health and fitness rubs off onto my boys so they can have a healthy outlet throughout their lives and all of it's curveballs 4. I was a single mum for 3 years. This was one of the most challenging times of my life. This period of time forced me to grow so much and I had to push myself out of my comfort zone many, many times. I now appreciate the strength it gave me and the special bond I have with each of my boys because of it 5. I met my amazing partner, Justin at a Hypnotherapy course. At the risk of sounding cliche I feel so 'blessed' to have met him. He is so kind, sweet, thoughtful, understanding, patient, handsome and best step parent to the boys. We have our ups and downs and I know I don't tell him enough although we are so lucky to have him doing this crazy thing called life with us 6. I am a master practitioner in NLP - Neuro Lingistic Programming. A lot of people haven't heard of it although it is all to do with the mind and our subconscious mind and patterns of thought. Learning NLP took me out of a very dark place in my life. I highly recommend personal development
