If the pH level is right you will get a good fast bond and long retention. The pH of a lash should be neutral at 7, like hair. Slightly alkaline or acidic effects retention. Many cleansers, primers etc. currently being sold and used by people who do not understand the chemistry are either highly acidic or highly alkaline, resulting in poor retention and/or set speed. We have got a product that we call Cosmetic pH balance / Primer. This expands the relative humidity range by about +/- 10%. It also acts as a cleaner and improves set speed and ensures a good bond. You do not need to worry about all the various cleaners and primers being sold on the market , if you use this cosmetic pH balance you will get a far superior result. The pH balancer applied on the natural lash brings the pH back to neutral creating a longer, lasting retention.
