Rest assured I will be grooming for as long as it is safe to do so and the rules allow it. However, we are already working from a waiting list, and if I do have to close, the time period is uncertain. I am working on an exclusive price list for The Laundromutt customers to order any product, equipment and to...ols to keep their dogs maintained during this time. We appreciate your ongoing support and thank those who have reached out to see if we are okay. We please urge you to consider your dogs needs in this time - if we are required to close, its uncertain what the timeframe on that will look like. To avoid coats becoming matted, compacted and uncomfortable we are recommending summer clips for all our hair cut clients and de...-sheds for our double coated friends. A few things to consider: 1. PAYMENT - As always we have our eftpos facilities available for you, so there will be no need to handle cash, should you not want to use this to minimise contact, we are also happy to accept bank transfer payable prior to the commencement of your appointment during this period 2. PHYSICAL DISTANCING - To minimise contact for both yourself and our team, please feel free to have a power cord plugged in and ready so we arent required to enter your garage or house. We are also happy to grab your pup from your side gate or house yard 3. HYGIENE - Rest assured we are following the highest of both personal and equipment hygiene protocols 4. CANCELLATIONS - If you are unwell, please cancel your appointment. Should we arrive at your house and you are unwell, we will have to cancel the appointment on the spot and you will be liable to pay the full grooming fee. No fee will be payable where notice is given and appointment is cancelled prior to arrival. 5.
