19.01.2022 Tis the season is near . Lash lovers it’s Livvy here . We only have a few appointments available in the month of December leading up to Christmas and New Years. From the 18th of December till the 30th unfortunately for a lot of you we are FULLY BOOKED . Unless a client cancels there is no way we can squeeze in any lash lovers at this time. We do have a cancellation list. I advise if you haven’t been able to book in for an appointment, please put your name down as last ...minute cancellations can arise. I would like to add the silly season can have us all under pressure. 11.01.2022 Hello Lash dolls. NSW Health has strongly recommended we wear face masks in places where we cannot preform social distancing. It’s NOT MANDATORY. Our salon is small and extremely busy, we are not 1.5m away from preforming lash services on your face. Each staff member thoroughly disinfects the salon, washes their hands/santises between every client, sterilizes working utensils, replaces the disposable bed head sheets, disinfects the beauty bed between every client and wears a ...face mask themselves. Wearing a face mask to your lash appointment protects yourself and your lash technician. We still have our Covid safe plan in place. * EVERY CLIENT must wash their hands before their appointment with the hand soap provided at our basin . We have hand sanitiser available also. * Our waiting chair area is CLOSED to limit the number of people in the salon. * You are to attend your appointment alone. * If you are feeling unwell please reschedule your appointment. We are all not out of the loop just yet with this virus DONT be complacent and think about everyone around you . 05.01.2022 Do you Have a client sometimes there eye waters or no matter what you do they just water constantly . Ok here you go : - check placement of the lash pad and make sure it is not to close to the bottom lash line as this will eventually go into there eye - They may be sensitive to eye pads as most eye pads have a collagen in them. Either try a sensitive micro pore tape or the micro foam tape. ALWAYS APPLY this to your sanitis...ed hand or back of your hand FIRST, then place it on the skin to reduce the stickiness as you don’t want to hurt your client or pull hairs. - apply a thin layer of tissue under the lash pad or over tape ( then tape over ) in the outer corner of the eye. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GET GLUE ANYWHERE NEAR THE TISSUE !. - Your client could be sensitive to light place tape over the eye to stop the eye flickering. My tip of the day.
