07.01.2022 For about 4-5 years now I have had the privilege of profiling leaders and business owners throughout Australia. I have utilised a psychometric tool (questionnaire) which has helped people gain personal insight into their leadership style, strengths, how they work in a team, their sales profile, indicators of stress. career matching and so many other amazing things. This has been for staff and team development as well as recruitment. A few weeks ago I added to my profiling t...ool kit and embarked on Face Profiling and wow, wow, wow.... I just love this too. It is amazing. I called for a wonderful group of volunteers who were willing to have me profile their faces in order to help me refine these new skills and all I can say is I am extremely humbled by the experience...As I work through the unpacks with each volunteer (and I have a few to go yet) I can't help feel what a privilege it is to work with and know these wonderful people.
