Tony is an avid Ford enthusiast and the couple chose to have some of his favourite Ford models on display as part of a special room reveal for their guests that was held later in the evening. We were thrilled to be part of the special reveal serving Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve Scotch Whisky. 14.01.2022 Rum and milk was the beverage provided to soldiers at first light in preparations for battle. It was customary to add a tipple of rum to their cup of breakfast milk to help the soldiers shake off some nerves, or as one veteran put it, give em a touch of courage. Commemorated nowadays during a Gunfire Breakfast at Anzac services, the cocktail can also be served as rum and coffee. Enjoy our version today and Lest We Forget Hot Spiced Gunfire Breakfast Cocktail... 45ml Spiced @bundabergrum 10ml Brown Sugar Syrup 30ml Espresso Coffee and a little hot water Add all the ingredients into a coffee mug and stir. Top with whipped cream, Anzac biscuit and 3 coffee beans
