17.01.2022 Very excited to be asked to make a Glacier Express themed cake to celebrate a 50th birthday today. Cake shows the Glacier Express crossing the infamous arches of the Landwasser Viaduct in the Swiss Alps. A combination of airbrushing, hand painting, carving and sculpting were used to bring this together.

10.01.2022 Isabella requested a disco birthday cake in the strong colours of dark blue and pink with a black drip.....this is what I came up with. Hand painted fondant, black chocolate drip, cake pops covered in silver nonparellis (sprinkles) and glitter, hand made pink chocolate wafer discs and hand made white chocolate hollow lustre spheres, mounted on a disco floor board.
