21.01.2022 Disaster has struck! My honey supplier has no honey! Even worse he can't say when he will have any. He has lost so many bees, due to the elements, pesticides etc it is heartbreaking. This is the first time in ten years that he has been unable to supply me with honey No honey = no Gingerbread So if anyone knows of a Beekeeper that has good honey (not all honey is equal!) that can supply in bulk at a reasonable price please pm me with details

We are extremely happy and very relieved to let you all know that I have spoken to Chez from Bellmere Honey and they have honey for us! They have won awards for their honey so it should make great Gingerbread They are also a local family business so small business supporting small business which is always good. Thank you Chez and Bellmere ...Honey, you have made a lot of ppl very happy! Bizarrely Bellmere Honey also attend Carseldine markets! Being on my own means I don't get to see around the markets much so I have not come across them even though they apparently in the Aisle across from me! (Obscured from view by other stalls) I will definetly be paying them a visit on Saturday. If you are at the markets seek them out for some of their award winning honey See more

06.01.2022 Just a reminder and for those that don't know I won't be at Carseldine markets for the month of August, possibly longer. I had surgery for Carpal Tunnel yesterday so am going to be out of action for a few weeks. The shop will also be closed until further notice. Sorry for the inconvenience but I needed to get it sorted before the Christmas rush!

01.01.2022 Sorry folks but sadly we have had to pull out of todays Twilight market at Redcliffe. So disappointed to miss it It is going to be a great event with Fireworks at 8pm. I am sorry for those customers who were planning to visit us there. We will be stocking up our little shopfront in December and will keep you posted on opening times
