It takes no time at all to whip up and it can be used on almost anything. Serve over grilled, roasted, or pan-fried meat, poultry, or fish, or serve over steamed veg or baked potatoes. Mix a few spoonful’s into a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream for a delicious dip, or just into mayonnaise for a tasty sandwich spread. You are going to LOVE this recipe! 11.01.2022 The whole purpose of a garlic keeper is to allow your garlic to breathe and extend its shelf life for up to four months. Don’t keep your garlic in plastic containers or bags, as this will encourage mould and sprouting. Don’t store your garlic in the fridge, it tricks the garlic into a false sense of germination and encourage it to sprout.... Do store in a ceramic or stoneware container that has holes for ventilation and keeps your garlic in the dark. Do keep bulbs intact, breaking the bulb into individual cloves will shorten the shelf life. Single cloves will stay fresh anywhere from 3 - 7 days. Our Garlic Keepers are all hand made and hand painted by Spanish artisans, and will look beautiful on your kitchen bench, or as a special gift for someone you love.
