All handmade - except the Oreos So many of you loved the Cookie Classics cake I made last week.. so I created a chocolate version! And both cakes will be coming soon to our website!!

It’s not as many new things as I’d like - I still have so many ideas for cakes/desserts I want to add, so I guess I’ll have to do another update soon(ish)! 13.01.2022 Vanilla, almond & rose Battenberg cake ~ one of the creations I made over our holiday break I can finally check this British classic off from my baking bucket list! It’s such a cute and fun* cake to make and delish too! Would love to try making a pistachio version next time *pro-tip to avoid any kitchen dramas/stress (like I had): make sure you 1. make/have enough marzipan and 2. Roll out enough marzipan to cover the entire cake! Glad it worked out in the end
