03.01.2022 You Don’t Have To Do It Like Everyone Else People always need something to ask you... When your at school it’s teachers saying... what are you going to do a...t uni When you are single for a while it’s when are you going to find someone When you finally go out with someone it’s when are you two going to get married And as soon as the married thing is all sorted.... they are asking about kids. These question askers are main stream MF’er’s ____ When people ask me why I am single I usually make a joke and say have you seen this rough head but if they keep pushing I explain to them that, I believe..You should only be with someone if you can’t not be with them. I love being on my own & I get sick of company real quick! So if I somehow find a man that sticks then I’ll marry him. I go on to tell them that the best couple I know got married when they were like 60 or something! We go to their house for crumb steak nights and Pete mixes us cow and calves which is rum mixed with beer, I do not recommend it. It’s around this point of my rant that the question askers start to get the picture & normally never ask me again. Another little fact about me, I can’t spell much. See that little microphone thing on your phone key board that you talk into & it types your words. I use that a lot for big words! When I left school after grade 10 i wrote a list of goals. Actually not goals, I wrote a list of what I was going to do over the next ten of so years. At no point did I ever think that because I am dyslexic AF or not very book smart that I wouldn’t get shit done & not once have I felt it held me back one bit. Not that I have done anything amazing but I have done what I wanted to do, and still am living the way I want to! You don’t have to be perfect you just have to want it! Ambition takes you further then talent. I have a theory & am probably wrong but I think we are all to influenced by everything around us & what we think we are meant to be doing. Life is as hard or easy as you make it. Pretty sure I saw that quote somewhere or something (easy influenced by a good quote..... but it’s true! Talk about things you like, do things you like & if you can’t spell something use the microphone spell thing. See more
