Absolutely. ... . Shouldn't a company want to disclose their ingredients if they have nothing to hide? . Yes! - Well, we're in luck. . Leave it to an Aussie PARENT-FOUNDED company to create a nappy/diaper brand with a conscience . Can the nappy absorb enough liquid to avoid overnight blowouts? Does it leak? Does it keep my baby dry and therefore asleep for longer? . 2. Will the nappy cause my baby to get rash due to poor absorption, synthetic materials and hidden chemicals? . 3. Are there any nasty chemicals that are coming into contact with my baby's skin? Is the nappy free from chlorine, lotions, perfumes, latex, heavy metals & other toxic chemicals? . 4. What proportion of materials in the nappy itself are from renewable resources, and is the packaging recyclable and / or compostable? Is the wood pulp used in the nappy sourced from responsibly harvested forests? Are they certified by a reputable body such as the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)? Look for the logo with a license number on the product packaging. . 5. Is the nappy thin, lightweight, soft and comfortable for my baby? . 6. Where is the nappy made? 10.01.2022 T O D D L E R D A Z E...... Mr 2.5yrs was definitely testing the boundaries today.... sort of like bottling up a tornado and letting it loose in your house on a rainy day? . That pretty much sums him up today.... I'm exhausted ... . I know you mama's know the feeling e x a c t l y . I find music helps to redirect his energy into more creative pursuits! . I also learnt that blowing on a whistle or straw can calm the brain down by way of increasing the proprioceptive input to the brain . I bring out our timber mushroom whistle and ask him to make up a little song for me, then I play along with another instrument from our music box. Its a sweet little sound and it doesn't get too loud or harsh on adults ears. . Another thing I tried today was blowing bubbles with a straw! He loved it and kept him entertained for a good 30 mins.... w i n !!! He liked to mix it up so we used both stainless steel and bamboo straws. . 06.01.2022 Aaah Friday - it's my fav night of the week! Here are 5 facts about me 1. My dream as a little girl was to become an artist, then I changed my mind to architect. I ended up having a 10 year career in Interior Architecture. 2. I LOVE to dance in any way or form. 3. I was a lover of photography before I had kids, and I kind of let it slide, I would love to pick it up again. 4. My hair is naturally very curly but I've been wearing it straight for the past 15 or so year...s! 5. At 13yrs old I learnt I had Hashimotos (Autoimmune condition). It was until 17 yrs later that I realised how important the home environment is to overcome health challenges. I was so inspired that I studied Building Biology and decided on a complete career change! I want to know... Have you had a career change and what did you swap into?
