25.01.2022 How quickly the holidays have flown by, and here we are once again approaching term 1 of the new musical year.Lessons will commence on Tuesday February 6th, please ring in early to confirm dates and times of lessons.This year for those planning to do examinations the Theory will be held in August and the Practical in October. I look forward to welcoming you all back as we continue to enjoy this wonderful world of music. Thelma McC.

25.01.2022 These last few weeks have been such a rewarding time of teaching,courteous well mannered students arriving for their lessons, mostly with work well prepared, this means of course that good progress is being made with exam work well under way. This makes for a happy teacher.

24.01.2022 Term four commenced today and we got off to a great start, with students returning from their holidays refreshed and ready to continue their studies into the wonderful world of music, we will work well and make excellent progress. Welcome back everyone.

22.01.2022 With only a few weeks to the start of the September holidays and the end of term three, we are very much on track with all students making very good progress, a great deal has been accomplished and this is just so rewarding.

21.01.2022 This coming Friday the Theory examinations will take place at Mirrabooka and my students have all worked well. It has been a very rewarding time as we prepared for this, there have been some good laughs as they learnt all the Italian terms, especially ANDANTE no one will forget it means to play at an easy walking pace, well done boys.

18.01.2022 Such a rewarding time of teaching during this first two weeks of term, students committed to preparing for their lessons and enjoying selecting new music to add to their repertoire. 17.01.2022 Well here we are with only five days left to October 15th and examination time is here again. All the students sitting for their exams have worked well, giving me their full attention at lessons, then following up with careful and thoughtful practice at home, all this makes for one happy teacher.

16.01.2022 Today was the day of the exams, and everyone has performed well. Time now for a break, as we begin to prepare for the last eight weeks of lessons for this year. Lots of new concepts and pieces will be explored during this time as we continue to enjoy the wonderful world of music.

14.01.2022 Final lessons this week as term three finishes, and holidays start.Term four is going to be a busy and rewarding time with lots of music to be chosen and enjoyed by all the students. A lot of hard work and much practice but so worth the end result. Now we start off on all new pieces, and some relaxing times. Well done everyone.

09.01.2022 We are now well into term four, the exams for this year are now behind us and everyone is happy with their results, all students achieving distinctions and high distinctions, my congratulations to you all,, your hard work and dedicated practice has been so worthwhile. Now its time to choose lots of new pieces and get out all the Christmas carols. This year term four will end in the second week of December. We will resume early in February 2019.

06.01.2022 Parents and students, I am so sorry that I have been unable to take lessons these past two weeks, unfortunately I have been quite ill, but hopefully now with stronger antibiotics I will soon be on the mend. My family went to a lot of trouble to make my Birthday a good day for me.

05.01.2022 Well here I am out of hospital, and safely back at my daughters home for a few days, prior to returning to my own home, to take up where I left off.
