14.01.2022 The Loaded Chef Nut Free Satay Burger & Nut Free Satay Sauce Just add 1 packet of Nut Free Satay Mix to 300mls sour cream & mix well, leave to sit and for flavours to develop as you make & cook the burgers. Add 1 packet of Nut Free Satay Mix to 500g of beef mince & combine well. Divide into 6 portions and roll into burger patties. Cook in a lightly oiled fry pan until cooked. Serve the burger on a fresh roll with your choice of salad and a dollop of the Nut Free Satay Sauce.... A dollop of the sauce can also be served on the side so you can dip your chips!!
