To add a little more to this concern - For those of you based in Australia when booking accommodation at an Australian owned hotel in Australia.... If you book via one of these booking sites (Almost all of which are internationally owned), you are in Australia buying an Australian product in Australia for which we pay fees to companies based, owned and operated overseas... I.E. sending hard earned AUD out of the country unnecessarily to companies that do not own the assets or inventory, do not manage them, have next to no overheads, selling someone else’s product and not even Australian! Does this seem sensible? See more

We now move into the quieter season with less bookings for a few months, we will use this time to spring clean, renovate and improve some infrastructure. Certainly a place to stay, a break from busy life. Upon our arrival, it's more than our expectation.
