23.01.2022 Great news! The results are in for the Ink Gin 100 cocktail competition that Howard entered The Lofts' Howard Johnson came 3rd!!! Just shy of 90 total entries, the judges panel appointed Howie as a finalist along with 17 others, then the final decision came down to YOU!!! His supporters! How cool is that ... We're all super proud of Howard, thanks so much to everyone who voted!

21.01.2022 'Great Balls of Fire' !!! This drink was created in Noosa from the opposite side of the bar for a change. The capsicum shrub works wonders creating a perfectly balanced drink. It's one of my favourite creations which has a slight kick so you've been warned. Four Pillars Shiraz Gin, Mezcal, Cointreau, House Made Capsicum Shrub, Tabasco & Bitters.

However this doesn't benefit ourselves or our customers much, given the size of our tiny venue. So in the meantime, we will continue to split our bookings over two sittings. So you can expect a next level experience The three kitchen crew have decided to create a couple of dishes each for the menu, each bringing the best of what they've got to give - Iron Chef style!! You'll be given a lap around the globe with dishes from east to west.
