08.01.2022 We love stocking local produce and you couldn’t get any more local than Hartley Truffles. Just down the road from us Jane and Richard Austen, with their border collie dogs, have been harvesting truffle since 2007. Their honey is delicious with a good cheese and their salt gives the perfect finish to any number of dishes.
