25.01.2022 NZ LOLLY CAKE - We have had a few requests for the lollies needed for the NZ lolly cake, which we do indeed stock. This no bake cake is delicious and for anyone who is curious and would like to give it a go, here is the recipe! NZ Lolly Cake. Ingredients: 120g Butter... 1 Packet (250g) of Malt Biscuits crushed 1/2 a tin (200g) of Sweetened Condensed Milk 200g of Fruit Puffs or Eskimos (available at The Goblin's Den) Desiccated Coconut Instructions: Warm butter and condensed milk in microwave. Cut up fruit puff/Eskimo lollies into bite sized chunks. Mix butter, condensed milk, crushed Malt biscuits and lollies together.Form into a log shape. Roll in coconut. Chill in fridge for 4 hours. When set, cut into slices and serve.

14.01.2022 It has been a NZ Eskimo kind of day, everyone must be making Lolly Cakes this weekend. Our lolly range is growing with Everton mints, fruit jellies, Strawberry and creams, Strawberry Bon bons, and fruit rock joining the pick n mix jars and at the moment we have a few packets of Eccles Cakes and chips coming next week.
