25.01.2022 Sometimes, it is the most simple things that bring us joy. Like tea and toast on a sunny Monday morning. #englishbreakfast

23.01.2022 Here is the cheese and tea board we enjoyed last weekend, paired with @the_london_drum tea! One of the easiest afternoon teas you can throw together without needing to fire up the oven (unless you decide to bake your Camembert ). Stay tuned to find out what Tea and cheese we used and why! #teaandcheese #afternoontea

20.01.2022 Our hospitality display tins hold up to 250g, are durable and air tight. Our stickers are even wipeable for those messy beverage preparation areas! We are loving our new label designs!

20.01.2022 Our cold brew teas were a hit at @coburgnightmarket last weekend. We 8 hour cold brewed Australian Sencha Green (Vic) Australian Daintree Black (Qld) Lemongrass & Ginger... So light, smooth and refreshing. There is no secret here. Simply add your tea leaves to cold (or tap) water and let swim freely in a jar or jug for 8 hours, then strain. Thats it. We will be living off cold brew tea this summer! #icedtea #coldbrewtea

20.01.2022 The tea we chose for our Tea and Cheese platter are actually three of our favourite teas- with or without cheese. They also happen to work really well with the cheese we chose for this event! What a bonus Jasmine Pearls Buddhas Tears Keemun Mao Feng Lapsang Souchong... If you are not already a member of our private Facebook group, join us now to receive your discount code on these teas and re-create this delicious platter yourself! Keep your eyes peeled for our blog post, where we will go into more detail into the pairings. #teaandcheese #grazingplatter #afternoontea #makingmemories

20.01.2022 We have some NEW BLENDS coming your way! We have been providing you with your daily cuppa since 2015, and we think its time to add some new blends to our collection to keep things exciting! We will introduce you to our new blends in the coming week, and we think youll love them! The 20% off code will apply to these teas, so it is the perfect time to try something new!

18.01.2022 What a standout this tea was! Jasmine Pearls Buddha's Tears is a very light and delicate green tea made using only the bud and newest leaves of the tea shoot. It is dried naturally with jasmine flower, imparting a beautiful soft floral aroma and flavour to the tea. Our tip for this tea is to pair it with lighter, creamier cheeses like camembert, brie or mozzerella. It is also fantastic with a slice of pear and a drizzle of honey. What is your favourite cheese? Comment below and I'll suggest a tea pairing! #teaandcheese #grazingboard #cheeseplatter #afternoontea #makingmemories

17.01.2022 We took some well needed time these holidays to plan for the upcoming year! We have changed our labelling and are introducing a new cardboard display cylinder as a packaging option. We will be adding Matcha to our range and you can also expect to see some new Australian grown teas in our offering. We also have a special event planned in May, which we will announce very soon. Over the coming weeks, we will introduce you to our new teas, as well as getting reacquainted with our existing teas. We will also begin introducing you to our hospitality partners. We hope you enjoy what we have to share!

16.01.2022 NEW EXOTIC BLEND ALERT! We have been working carefully on CEYLON CITRUS for a couple of weeks after some requests for a fruity tea. Well, here it is! We have carefully blended quality Ceylon tea from two renowned tea estates in Sri Lanka and lightly added bergamot oil and sweet orange pieces for a smooth citrus cup. ... Our careful blending results in a tea that is much lighter in bergamot than our Earl Grey, and has the added sweetness of orange, while still allowing the teas natural beauty to shine through. Beautiful enjoyed any time of the day, especially with the addition of fresh orange peel! Available online now #teatime

14.01.2022 We took a break from tea blending today to do the household chores that we all enjoy, like mowing the lawn and picking mandarins, oh and planning for next year! #myofficeteabreak is a new initiative launched today (International Tea Day) by @australianteaculturalseminar where we are all encouraged to post our office tea breaks, be it at a computer screen, outdoors or a break between household chores. It is a great initiative for us to keep in mind all of the people and han...ds that grow, pick and process the tea that we are all so lucky to enjoy every day, especially during work breaks! So here is our office break, Lapsang Souchong and freshly picked mandarins at our dining table. What does your office tea break look like? 10.01.2022 Its not like we need an excuse to enjoy a grazing board of cheese, bread and tea; however on November 15th, the UK celebrates International Cheese & Bread Day! Its the perfect excuse to indulge in your favourite cheese whether it be a creamy Brie, a sharp cheddar or an earthy aged blue; and complementing the experience with perfectly paired teas! If you have not tried cheese and tea alongside one another, we highly recommend it! The tea cuts through the fat of the cheese and can bring out some surprising flavours! #teaandcheese #afternoontea #internationalcheeseandbreadday

08.01.2022 Yesterday, May 21st was International Tea Day. Although we missed this post yesterday, we feel it is important to acknowledge the beauty of the tea leaf, the journey it takes from leaf to cup including the people, the farmers, the pickers, factory workers and the exporters who make our tea-time possible. Without these individuals, we would not have the pleasure of sharing our most special tea moments with our loved ones. #internationalteaday @australianteaculturalsociety
