02.01.2022 $1000 FINE FOR ANYONE WHO ATTENDS A PRIVATE GATHERING BREACHING PUBLIC HEALTH ORDERS From Monday 14 September 2020, if there are more than 20 visitors at a home, every person will be held individually responsible for breaching the NSW COVID-19 Public Health Orders and will now face a $1000 fine. Previously, it was only the gathering host who would receive a fine.... Up to 20 visitors may visit another household at any one time, so that means a 21-visitor gathering could attract $21,000 in fines.
