Sometimes it takes a family member, friend or health professional to start the process in applying for a family in need. ... If you know of a local family that may require some financial assistance, simply get in touch with us. The Lucas Foundation will do whatever it can to assist. Local families that fit our criteria, can receive up to $10,000. This can go a long way to allowing a family to further focus on their child and nothing else. We get so much support and this allows us to hold the event at a minimum cost, enabling us to pass more funds on to local families in need.
