24.01.2022 HELLO! Sorry that Ive been a bit quiet lately. Just wanted to let you all know that our next market coming up on August 20th will be the last one for the year. My delicate macs just cant handle the heat. Keep your eyes peeled for more details in the coming weeks. Hope you have a wonderful week
24.01.2022 EASTER MAC PACKS Is anyone interested in some macaron packs to give as gifts for your loved ones this Easter? I am thinking I can have them available in either in a 6 pack ($15) or 12 pack ($25), specially gift boxed in the white box with clear window. There will be 2 choices in the packs i.e. 2 x different lots of 6 flavours to choose from. If this sounds like a good idea to you please like or comment and if there is enough interest Ill release more details later in the week.

23.01.2022 Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Popping in to express my heart felt gratitude to everyone who ordered my Christmas macs. It was my first proper bake in over 4 years and it felt sooo good. So good, in fact, that I think I’ll do it again soon .... I have also discovered that you can make VEGAN macarons! This excites me A LOT!! Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year and I look forward to sharing more with you in 2021 It’s going to be a great one! Stay tuned ....

Cherry ripe And in celebration of my birthday (which is today) anyone who places a preorder will get their dozen pack for $22.50 instead of $25. If youd like to order please message me with details of what you would like in your dozen packs (max of 3 of any one flavour per pack) for your order and I will give you payment info. Payments are required by 8.30pm on Monday 30/05/2016 and you can choose to collect at market 8.30am - 12.30pm or from my home 4-5pm on Saturday 4th June.

I have missed you all After being in retirement for over 4 years I think it’s time to make some macarons and I would love to offer some for sale for Christmas. Quick reminder though - I now live on Bribie Island so my NQld friends wont be able to partake. ... Are you interested? Prices will be $25/dozen or $15/6 pack (same as 2016). 10.01.2022 MOTHERS DAY MACARONS For anyone wanting to order macs for their mother, stepmother, grandmother, significant other or just because here is the information you need: Collection day: Sat 7th May, 9.00 - 10.30am or 4.00-5.00pm. ... Cost: $25/dozen. Flavours: lemon curd buttercream, tiramisu, vanilla bean and dark chocolate raspberry (3 of each). Orders close: Wed 27th April. I will have a limited number of special gift boxes available and once they have been filled you are welcome to order but your packs will need to be in the normal clear packing (I will let you know if this is so). 06.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT For those thinking they might wait a little longer to have their next mac fix, I need to let you all know that this will be my last market in Townsville (Not just for the year, as previously mentioned). As some of you may know, I am a single parent to a young miss and we have no family here. I have some wonderful friends, have met some fantastic people during The Macaron Lady journey and have loved Townsville for the 20 years I have been here. A littl...e over 7 weeks ago I lost my mum. It was very sudden and unexpected. Events like this make you reflect on your life and reevaluate whats important. Ive decided that what is important for us right now is to be closer to family, so we will be moving to SE Qld at the end of the school term. Im lucky enough to be able to move with my work. I plan to continue making macs and hope to eventually get to a market or two if there is room for me down there but in the short term, I will be taking a short break while we settle in. For those interested, pre-orders for this market are still available until Sunday evening (see pinned post). Thank you for your amazing support over my nearly 5 year Nth Qld macaron adventure. It has given me immeasurable joy. Jodie

Packs will have 6 or 12 macs and be gift boxed. Cost is $15 for 6-pack or $25 for 12-pack. There will be two flavour pack choices:... 1. Chocolate lovers pack - coconut rough, milo, Nutella, redskin, white chocolate, pancake & maple syrup. 2. The other ones - salted caramel, lemon curd buttercream, Turkish delight, Jaffa, mocha, cherry ripe.
