14.01.2022 To ensure the health of our salon guests and staff the following procedures have been put into place this week to ensure we maintain high quality services and experience: Staff will not be travelling outside of AUS and if they do there will be a self isolation period of time 14 days in there home. We have also strongly advised them to avoid any physical contact with friends/family who have travelled overseas. ... Salon guests if your feeling unwell we ask that you reschedule your appointment prior to your booking. Staff will not be permitted to complete any treatments if salon guests are unwell. Please make sure you wash your hands in the spa bathrooms or apply hand sanitiser which is available on our reception desk. All salon guests are asked to follow one of these procedures before they sit down at there station. Our salon sanitation standards are already at the high level, including one use per salon guest on capes and towels which are washed at end of day. We will however be implementing further sanitisation to stations and chairs after each salon guest before the next one is sat down. This will allow greater reassurance to salon guests that we want to go above and beyond to keep everyone healthy. 12.01.2022 Due to the Closure of One Spa at RACV Royal Pines Kelly has had to move the hair salon out for the time being. This is due to the ongoing changes and regulations of Convid-19. Please pop on over to her new page, show her some love and keep up with what is going on.

06.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Just a shout for all the support everyone has shown over the last few days. With RACV deciding to close the doors in all One Spa resort wide I was left with a decision as to what to do. With this I have decided to set up a small salon at home to provide services for salon guests as I await for the spa to reopen. I have also decided to offer a mobile service for the elderly and immune compromised. By doing this it will allow me to run my appointments efficient...ly so that I may still provide the same great service and hair. With this I have started a page outside the One Spa space so please head over and give it some love and hit the like button. Link is below.
