24.01.2022 We had such an enjoyable and great time doing our Christmas Puppet Show at the lovely North Star Holiday Resort in Hastings Point - Thanks to all the staff and management for inviting us to perform there - such a beautiful and relaxed family holiday place - Weather was perfect! and a wonderful audience of kids - and parents too! - and Santa was stoked to make his appearance there and hear what everyone wanted for their Christmas presents. - Merry Christmas to everyone ..

23.01.2022 My daughters Avalon and Aurora were so stoked and enthralled today to actually see the radio station studio where all the sounds that fill our home and liven it up emanate from. All the great music that creates memories and sets a happy vibe for us over the years in the morning having breaky, during the day and when we sit down to eat our dinner at night, we have been listening to 94.1FM Gold Coast Radio a HUGE Thank You (and Happy Birthday!) to Rhonda for welcoming the two g...irls into the studio and chatting with us while you were busy broadcasting live - They knew your voice and you can see the look on their faces just how stoked they were! and also Thank You to Gary Field for taking the time to have a chat to our family - Such a great community radio station, great variety of excellent music, lots of it, limited adds, and such a continual great mix of tunes from every decade, plus a really great crew of announcers who are passionate about their community of listeners and the music they play -- Well Done Guys! - That's why we are member supporters & your station is part of our home and life (and everywhere we go in the car!) 20.01.2022 We had the great pleasure of performing our "Bullying is NEVER OK" show for all of the wonderful students at Kyogle Public School - 2 shows for 2 really wonderful groups of children in the junior primary group and the upper primary group - [ and the junior group were soooo fantastic considering they had just come back in from lunchtime on a hot day - they were all so tuned-in and "On-Task" - both groups contributed with & shared some great answers and their thoughts - We enj...oyed ourselves so much - and hope that all of the students were better able to know and understand that bulling is never Ok, how to recognize and know what bullying is (and isn't) and the steps that they can take to stop bullying after watching the show -- Our very special thanks to National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence for their advice and their remarkable work providing and sharing crucial & important information to help us ALL put an end to bullying. 14.01.2022 We had a wonderful evening performing another puppet show at the North Star Holiday Resort tonight. What a lovely audience!! - the kids and parents were just the BEST audience!! - Both Luyan and I were so completely stoked with just how much enthusiasm and fun everyone had - and the weather was PERFECT too! It would seem Big Bad Wolf has become our most popular character - kind of surprising, but he's actually quite a comical and lovable character (the way our story goes)

11.01.2022 If you have not already read-through the ever so vital and important information this amazing organisation provides, then please take some time to absorb the wealth of info Bullying No Way has on their website - Bullying is a behavior that must be stopped! As a parent, it's in there among my greatest fears for my daughters - If we can help in someway with our puppet shows, I will feel at least like I'm contributing towards taking a stand against this terrible social behavior that has plagued us all for generations.

05.01.2022 We had such a fun time performing at the North Star Holiday Resort for their Staff Christmas Party - Santa managed to go from being a puppet to a life sized Santa without getting stuck on the way out from the stage (he is quite a big, jolly old fellow) and gave out presents & even sang and danced before heading back to the North Pole to cool down!

05.01.2022 Another prize puppet for our next show - we have a prize draw halfway through the show where a puppet draws a winning number for one of my "bespoke" puppet creations! -- ALL of our birthday parties and private variety puppet show functions have one of these as a free raffle giveaway!!

04.01.2022 Just finished another build, in between shows, needed it to be a "Fraggle Rock" type of character - have been taking a few commissioned orders and carefully building them closely to what the client has expressed - and building them to be extremely robust in design and function too!

04.01.2022 We enjoyed performing our show yesterday evening at North Star Holiday Resort - temperature had cooled down with the lovely sea breeze and shade of the setting sun - what an awesome and great audience of kids and parents- we really, really enjoyed doing the show and we had huge smiles and were laughing every moment we were puppeteering away behind the stage - Thanks to Dianna, Terry, Susan and staff and ALL the guests at the show!

03.01.2022 Goodbye summer evening shows where at 6-30pm the sun was still up and there was plenty of light and it was warm-hot over to last weeks 6-30pm show where it was pitch-black well before we even started and decidedly cool-chilly - But everyone enjoyed the show and we had a great time as always
