25.01.2022 Your goal Be outrageously consistent. I don’t like extremes. It drives me bananas. It can lead me to stress or inadequacies. ... What about you? Do you feel like this too? As a health and fitness coach, I help people from where they are at and lift them up. Working together on certain struggles, and identifying behaviour, values and then move on to make small change. My suggestion is to start with with the small stuff and make it work... keep it up, keep doing it, desiring it and holding on to it. Monday is the big M for motivating your yourself to get in shape and by Friday you have lost it.. Reason being is - it’s too extreme. Going hard core does not work. Starting something small and consistently doing it is the way to go. Encourage yourself to do a bit more, and a bit more... but only when you have stayed consistent with the small goal you can move on to a bigger goal. You are not in competition with anyone. You don’t have to keep appearances because the whole world is doing something. So hang in there and work on consistency. Reach out if you need help with this.

I moved state and city, and even though my business and social network has been left behind in Sydney - my world has got so much better. 09.01.2022 It’s time! It’s time for next level of training for me. I believe in cross training all the time. One type of exercise will not get you the most amazing results. You have to push yourself and challenge your mind, challenge your body and keep pushing. This is Jarrod Fletcher. ... He is a former Olympic boxer. I worked with him few years ago when he asked me to help him shred some weight for a fight. He won that fight. I remember Jana Pittman and I went to Melbourne to watch him fight. It was the best experience. I am privileged to work with so many elite athletes. I don’t know a lot of stuff, but I know my craft - and I get results. So here I am - driving 50 kilometres on a Thursday morning for half hour boxing session with Jarrod. Honestly, looking so mediocre in this new jam, but hey - I’m doing it..
