20.01.2022 For those of you who are really getting sore muscles, try this Below is a chart showing you how to use a ball to work on Trigger points or any sore, tight spots you have in your muscles / body. Any small ball will do: golf ball, tennis ball or a spikey massage ball. Some areas are hard to get to like your shoulders or back, so stand with your back against a wall. Place ball between you and the wall where you are sore, then move your body up and down to massage the... area. Hope that helps! I'll add more self help/self massage tips soon. Take care folks See more

16.01.2022 Here's a lovely piece by Kitty O'Meara - here's our future And the people stayed home. And read books, and listened, and rested, and exercised, and made art, and played games, and learned new ways of being, and were still. And listened more deeply. Some meditated, some prayed, some danced. Some met their shadows. And the people began to think differently. And the people healed. And, in the absence of people living in ignorant, dangerous, mindless, and heartless ways, the ea...rth began to heal. And when the danger passed, and the people joined together again, they grieved their losses, and made new choices, and dreamed new images, and created new ways to live and heal the earth fully, as they had been healed." Keep well, Monika
