22.01.2022 >>Programming<< Programming for Athletes, tested by athletes. I find Its not always the programming that makes a good athlete but its a good way to get on track. Theres a lot of good programming out there but I believe it comes down to the individuals hard work and dedication that makes them evolve from good to great.... But in saying that, knowing what program youre doing and why youre doing it makes a solid difference in your training. The way I like to train and program is to create a lot of freedom but have a good base to work off, the reason for this is that we are in the sport of fitness #crossfit and you have to be prepared for anything. These style of events throughout the team series are very similar to the Crossfit open, thus reflecting towards the up and coming season. This program isn't just for people who are looking to compete competitive in Crossfit, it's also a well balanced program for the average person looking for that extra mix up in their training regime....
