21.01.2022 One thing I continuously come across in males and females that not only sadness me but encourages me to help, is that there are still many of people out there, still thinking that eating less is the way to weight loss. That cutting out food groups will get you to loose the weight. ... And yes it will short term and in that short term, your days are consumed of feeling flat, unmotivated, tried, cranky and ALWAYS thinking of avoiding foods but wanting to eat food all the time! It’s NUTS. Yes you may loose the weight in the most hardest way possible... but when you FINALLY reach that weight goal, what do you do next .... Pig out!! Then you’re not sure of what to eat next to maintain that weight and find that you are back in that same place within weeks. It’s a roller coaster of unhealthy emotions one I have done before so I honestly get that. When all you should have done is eat the the right foods to start with that In turn gets you too your weight goal. This comes along with abundance of energy, feeling great and never hungry. You CAN enjoy ALL food to make a substantial weight loss journey long term. And it will become a part of life instead of a sacrifice. 04.01.2022 I know there's a big problem with nutrition and the message being delivered. Eat more salads, live on greens, nuts and seeds, cut all sugar and even fruit. Blah!! This is the kind of thing that left me low energy, bloated, binge eating, craving sugar and yo-yo'ing.... The struggle was real!! My relationship with food was no fairytale either. I was also tired of seeing my clients bust themselves week after week, barely eating, surviving on greens, black coffee and not much else. Thinking this was the key to weight loss!
