24.01.2022 Dear Customers, We understand everyone's concern in the wake of the COVID-19 mayhem. We are doing our best to manage this unprecedented demand, but our stock supply heavily depends on the availability with our suppliers. We are in close contact with our suppliers daily and will have a better idea of stock availabilty as the week goes on. We will do our best to accommodate your needs over the coming weeks.... At the moment, -- we will replenish stock every day to the best of our ability. -- there are no packs available. -- we are not taking orders for meat at the moment -- the phone at the store has been ringing but we are not able to take every call. -- the only way right now to purchase meat is to come into the store from 8 am until 6 pm -- please remain calm while waiting to be served as we are trying our best to serve everybody -- our Facebook page is not being manned at the moment and it will take time to get back to you with any questions. -- my employees are doing the best they can so please be respectful and not abuse the staff or you will be refused service. We are sorry for any inconvenience and thank you all for your understanding. We start every day from 7am with fresh mince and deliveries of all other proteins shall arrive through the day. 05.01.2022 Dear Customers, It is our intention to keep you informed of our stock situation & continue to serve you to the best of our ability during this time. This week has thrown some big challenges our way but we are trying to minimise this impact on you.... - We are still receiving deliveries daily, albeit limited quantities & varied proteins. We do not know what we will receive so are unable to take ANY orders at this time. - Some suppliers have increased their cost of goods due to limited availabillity. We are doing all we can to absorb as much of these increases by keeping pricing consistent, but as these pressures continue you may see some slight changes to pricing. - Due to stock & time restraints we are currently unable to offer you our usual housemade sausages, crumbed schnitzels & marinated meats or sell you any of our bulk packs. - Currently we are running out of stock daily. If you find us closed early its because we have nothing left to sell you. Sorry We have made the decision to close this Sunday 22nd March as we will have no deliveries arrive & our staff need a break too. We continue to receive stock daily. Although stock remains limited, this week has seen some of your favourite marinated & crumbed items return to the window. We are back to 7 days trading so we will be open this Sunday for your convenience. We have marked 1.5m clearance on the floor in front of the window. Please observe this line and be mindful of the 1.5m rule when standing next to others while waiting to be served.
