18.01.2022 Can I ask you a couple of questions? 1.Firstly do you use social media or would you like to use social media to build your agent brand in your market place? (If yes, please move to next question) 2.Are you currently using a social media provider or product for your brand? (If yes, please move to next question) 3.Does that social media provider or product generate valuable leads for you each month? ( if no move to next question, if yes stop here) 4.Do they send you a crapp...y digital report trying to prove they did something for you? If you answered, yes, yes, no & yes You'd been hit by a smooth digital criminal So many products and providers hide behind reports to try and prove their ads did something or say it increases your 'brand awareness' put simply, it's bullshit. I don't even send my clients reports ( well I do but that's only to show clients the results of their ads and how many buyer leads they got) They known if I've got them a result. Do yourself a favour Look at your marketing quote for each property. Look at the providers your paying. I do understand that there are a lot of digital providers that offer empty promises in our industry. I also understand social media takes time, money, commitment and the right strategy. 09.01.2022 PLEASE be careful when you use digital products and providers for your brand. I have had two cases this week where an agents brand has been really badly damaged as they used a company that did the set and forget strategy. Remember your competitors or people on digital platforms can be and they will comment on your ads to destroy your campaigns and it ultimately destroys your brand. Remember you can delete unwanted and rude comments. Any client that works with me knows every...day it's the first thing I check and I'll check every notification on the ad right before my eyes He's a quick guide for you if you are using any Don't go with a provider who doesn't share their ads with you or regularly checks campaigns. If they say I can't show you the ad, it's a set and forget campaign If they are selling you impressions and no lead generation its pretty much a joke.
