23.01.2022 I made some time to do something I enjoy today Painting is another form of Meditation for me, a chance to zone out and just enjoy what Im doing. Abstract seems to be my go to style...I love all the colours!

06.01.2022 Today has been a day that has forced me to think about what is important. Remember the people and things that are important to you and hold them close, as you never know how long you have!

05.01.2022 Here is one way the universe has been communicating with me recently! I kept seeing yellow everywhere, it always seemed to just stand out from all the other colours. So I thought...i best do a chakra clearing meditation. I was focused on my emotional clearing. Then last week I had some really bad pain in my upper abdomen...it was my gal bladder playing up, I'm having trouble with my digestive system also...... Looks like the universe was trying to give me the heads up to check things out!! Thanks universe! I'm booked to get the gal bladder out now

03.01.2022 Hi guys Ive had a really bad case of tonsilitis the last few days. Still coughing and a bit of a croaky voice....not the best for Meditation. Lets take this week to rest and get back to it next week. Shareen
