18.01.2022 And that’s a wrap! We could not be happier with our COVID-safe solo/duo eisteddfod competition. It was truely magical to see all the dancers up on the stage again. Many have been coming to our events for 6 years now, and some we have met for the first time. Each and every single dancer deserves a huge amount of credit not only for their dancing, but their behavior, attitude and courage.... To every single teacher and dance studio. What a year. We know first hand what you are all going through and the challenges you have faced. You should be extremely proud of yourselves and your students, they were just beautiful. Mums/supporters - we know the restrictions were tough but thank you for working together to ensure we ran a safe event. We certainly love when we can fill our audience and catch up with friends, but it is what it is, and we thank you for your co-operation. Our adjudicator - Peta Markham-Ward - you are one of a kind. Thank you for embracing all the changes with us and your feedback and expertise is second to none. Our volunteers - you are absolutely irreplaceable, thank you for everything you do time and time again to support our event. My mum Karen - there is no one better to sort those trophies! My sister Emma - you do every single thing we ask every single time. My fabulous friends - Charlotte, Hayley, Georgia, Lauren, Melis, Sommer, Alexis, Christina, Katrina, Jeremy, Lily, Ava, Genny, Jere, Emily, Jess, Tia, Danielle, Haley, Rita, Daniela, Marianne and Michelle - it takes a huge army to pull this off and we thank you for being part of ours.
