17.01.2022 Did you try meditation? I found it difficult at the beginning but it's worth it try. If it helps, you can try the easy way to calm your mind. Sit down or lay down at the quiet place and think about your past, when you were at the most beautiful place or where you felt safe. It can be your room from childhood or it can be the beach or anytime when you felt amazing. Sit and think about that time and place, how did you feel, what you were saying and hearing, what you were seeing around. How that felt in your body? Think about that experience with all your senses. It will take you there and you will feel great That's how I started to meditate.
