15.01.2022 Another double can release? We must be going for some kind of record? No, we just love beers and sharing them all with you guys. Available today from 2pm: I Can't Believe It's Not DOUBLE Juice! The very first beer that made it into cans for us back in the day, but we've beefed this one up in everyway. Sitting at a pleasant 8.3% ABV. All the classic juicy flavours with a nice soft mouthfeel. And second, a fresh run of our staple Mosaic Pale Ale - 5.1% ABV and tasting so s...mashable in this weather. Cheers!

15.01.2022 Our online store is back in operation! We're posting Aus-wide and we've also setup click and collect, available from the brewery Friday 2pm - 6pm and Saturday 12pm - 4pm. Oh, and our Altered Beast IPA is fresh off the canning line and available for purchase now! We'll get through this! Thanks for your continued support.

13.01.2022 Well, we didn't think it would be appropriate to bring back this big ol' IIPA after the first release, but since we've gone to stage 4, we thought why not. Solitary Bliss IIPA - an old school west coast style with plenty of bitterness, dankness and pine flavours. Available from the brewery as of right now, online, and all good indie bottleshops next week. Cheers.

13.01.2022 It's so good to have our own kitchen serving up pizzas and delicious fried goodies! What you see here is our pork and fennel sausage pizza - mushrooms, olives, and goats cheese with a white sauce base. Pairs well with house made buffalo wings and blue cheese dipping sauce. Back at it on Wednesday!

11.01.2022 Two new summer beers to start the year off right! First up is a Mexican Lager, made with maize and lime zest - sitting at 4.2%. And second is a Tropical Sour made with mango puree, pineapple and passionfruit juice. Goes down easy at 3.8%. See everyone this weekend!

11.01.2022 We're taking a bit of a break over Christmas and New Year's, so make sure you get down to The Mill this weekend! 06.01.2022 We dropped a sneaky Raspberry Sour last week - it goes by the name of Raspberry Fields. 3.8% ABV and it might just be the beer of the summer! If anyone tells you The Mill doesn't do sours, don't listen to them! PS kitchen is open right now and there's some room for walk-ins tonight. 06.01.2022 An invite to be in this years Carwyn Canvent Calendar? Yes please! Time to make something big, bold, packed with flavour, and something we've never done before. So here you have it - our Oat Cream Imperial Stout. This 8% bad boy was double mashed to achieve a super thick body, boiled for 3 hours, and loaded with cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and hit with an intense load of cold brewed coffee made up by our awesome neighbours at Everyday Coffee. Of course we had to throw in some lactose for good measure. Certainly a unique beer for us and we hope you all enjoy it! For those who missed out on a canvent calendar this year fear not, it's on tap at Carwyn from today, and at The Mill from tomorrow. Cheers!

05.01.2022 Double drop this Friday! #1 Hopteron DDH Hazy IPA - 6.8% ABV A new heavily double dry hopped beast. Hopped with Citra, Galaxy and Nectaron - the latest creation from NZ hops. This beer oozes ripe nectarine and grapefruit flavours and aromas.... (Pre-order from our website now!) #2 Dark Lord Black IPA - 6.66% ABV The Dark Lord is back in tins! This batch was extremely limited so pickup only from the brewery (no online).
