17.01.2022 So, as you may know - our online '21 Day Happy, Healthy, Holistic Program' is underway, with everyone who's enrolled around the world, receiving daily videos/audios, pdfs and activities on a new topic each day. It's all evidence-based and underpinned by the latest in brain-science & psychology - to share the knowledge that we all deserve to know; to realise & reach our incredible true potential!! :D And as we said in the intro video, one part of what makes this a unique progr...am, is that we are following the checklist along with everyone else doing the program, each day. So we're already up to Day 4 today - which is 'Get Out in Nature'. So here's how we're doing that so far today: Morning walk along the beach for 30 minutes before breakfast = movement, fresh air, nature, relaxation & sunshine. Breakfast outdoors with healthy pancakes, berries, kiwis, coconut yoghurt, bananas = good nutrition, more nature outside in the garden, sunshine, fresh air, relaxation. 03.01.2022 Movement! So good for us; for our body, brain, mental health. Exercise helps us look better, breathe easier, pump blood faster, increase oxygen to our muscles and our brain, release positive chemicals that make us feel good and even makes us better at being able to do intellectual, cognitive tasks! :D Love it!
