20.01.2022 Hello my lovely friends.. I'm running my next 8 week Mindfulness meditation course in a couple of weeks and I have 1 spot left. In the 8 week program you will... - Learn a range of effective tools for dealing with stress and anxiety. - Understand the nature of the thinking mind its strengths and limitations. - Understand how excessive thinking leads to stress and how stress affects your health and wellbeing. - Learn to relax physically, unwind emotionally and calm a busy mind. - Acquire skills for dealing with anger and frustration, become less emotionally reactive and more tolerant. - Develop self-esteem and compassion for yourself and others. - Enhance your relationships - with yourself and others. - Learn how to practice Mindfulness in your daily life as well as a formal meditation practice. - Receive student notes and guided meditations to help keep you on track. Classes are run from our new cosy Elwood location starting on Wednesday 23rd June from 7- 8.30pm and will run for 8 consecutive weeks.
