16.01.2022 Too often we hear the phrase "I just can't seem to get motivated" or "I just need a hit of inspiration to keep me going." Truth is, if you have already started your journey, it is more than likely that you have already identified your motivating factors and your 'Why'. Motivation and Inspiration are not relevant to long term, lasting change. They get you started, however forming strong, consistent habits is what will ultimately lead you to success. If you find yourself howeve...r losing sight of your endgame, becoming distracted, and self sabotaging due to motivation or inspiration, then it is likely due to one of the following reasons: 1. Your reasons or your Why for success are either not strong enough or have changed - which ultimately means it is no longer a priority for you. 2. There are factors in your life that are demotivating you or holding you back - this could be work, injuries, or especially people. Control the controllables, take ownership of what you want or need, but don't blame motivation - or lack thereof. There is nothing wrong with priorities shifting and what you once thought was important is no longer relevant.
