THERE IS SOMETHING WE MUST ADDRESS : We were in discussions with a rather large company about a large / significant contract until yesterday when that client that will remain nameless said ... Im not racist but Id prefer a certain race cleans my properties . We have these discussions with clients EVERY WEEK and the result is always the same . The Mint team refuses to work with any client that judges the quality of a cleaner by the colour of their skin , their religion , sexuality or gender . While it was in the business best interest to skim over such comments if we accept these comments we are accepting this behaviour and there is no amount of money that will make this acceptable to Troy and I . Please be kind to each other . If youre looking for a certain race or gender to clean for you please take your business elsewhere .
