05.01.2022 Please Read Important Salon Policy Notice We ask all our lovely clients to remember that coming into the silly season we are extremely busy and doing our best to accomodate all of you. This means your appointments are precisely booked to allow you all to receive the best service we can possibly offer. ... We ask for you to keep a couple of things in mind: Please respond to your confirmation text with a simple Y or reach out to us to let her know if you can’t make it. Also, if you’re thinking of having something different done to what you were originally booked in for, please reach out so we can make sure we allocate the correct time for the service (e.g. A full head of foils takes much much longer than a simple regrowth colour). Lastly, I need to touch on the act of not showing up to your appointment without prior confirmation. This breaks our hearts to have to implement this new policy but because we are the boutique salon that we are, we cannot afford to have large and lengthy services not show up. We turn away people frequently as we just don’t have the space to accomodate them so when someone who’s booked in for a 4-hour service doesn’t show up it takes away someone else’s chance to have an appointment and we can’t fill a gap that large with such short notice. So with that being said we as a collective have decided to implement a No-Show Policy. It works like this: If you haven’t shown up for an appointment that has more than 1 hour allocated to you, you must pay a 50% deposit for your next booking at The Mixx. This is fully refunded IF we are given more than 24 hours notice of that next appointment. This allows us to reach out to anyone on our wait list and fill your spot. We totally understand when things happen out of the blue and we will do our best to accomodate and work with you. Have a Merry Christmas and we all look forward to seeing you in salon soon!
