25.01.2022 My absolute favourite way to unwind is mediate, I try to do 25 minutes every morning (kids dependant) however it really sets me up in a great frame of mind to start the day in a calm, and productive way. I find some days my mind races throughout the class and other days I am able to remain fully present. I try not to judge my mind and just allow myself to go with it and if my mind is chaotic I see it as a time to pause and work though whats in my head and if its calm I am a...ble to really drift into a deep relaxation its quite amazing.
