14.01.2022 Rise and shine and get yourself a COFFEE! Confession.. I havent always been a morning person. In fact, unless l was... getting up to catch a 4am flight somewhere, ld opt to hang out in the comfort of my bed as long as possible..Until l had kids, then EVERYTHING changed.(For the better of course). So as you can imagine, the process of becoming a morning person wasnt exactly an easy one, but over time, l began to love it! Besides the benefits of being able to take better advantage of the daylight hours, the smell of coffee in the morning keeps me sane. I LOVE the taste, but pair that with the quietness the morning brings, and that time l can devote to planning my day, seeking clarity, and getting my headspace right, its literally an essential part of my day. Its my FAVOURITE part of my day!

12.01.2022 3 Years Today! I remember as a 6 year old moving into our NEW little house on a beautiful 2 acre block of land, that cost Mum and Dad all of about $37,000. I remember it like yesterday, bursting with excitement and..coming from The Big Smoke of Southport, this was like WOW!! In the middle of nowhere.... My Parents are still on that property today, albeit a bigger house. Only NOW, they have their Grandkids and l as neighbours. Lucky them.
