25.01.2022 Some interior shots of the new Only. Brisbane location in Fortitude Valley. A beautiful communal seating space surrounds a marble laid 360deg bench and a floating ceiling in this amazing old valley precinct. Excited to see this area fill up and come to life over the coming months as more shops pop up around it and the Fortitude Music Hall gets back into action right across the mall!

24.01.2022 Was lovely to stop by and check out the new @cafetalroasters HQ in East Brisbane. Andres has been importing green beans from Colombia for 8 years and is super excited to have his new shop up and running to be able to share it more with the Brissy coffee community! Cant wait to see how it grows and develops over time as a cafe, green bean warehouse and more! Great work

22.01.2022 Today we had a wholeeeee lot of coffees once again as we embarked on our second little Brisbane coffee tour. This shot was at the delightful @cafetalroasters apparently this was the most amount of coffees theyve served to a single group since opening (trust us hehe). __ Its been a crazy ride for cafes everywhere this year, but the spirit is strong and we love to support our locals any way we can. As cafes reopen we have been trying to pop in for a visit and have been slowly but surely chipping away at our 2020 edition of TheMonday Specialty Coffee Guide. Cant wait for you to get a copy and get adventuring!

18.01.2022 Its been an emotional few months to say the least. With the closure of all the amazing cafes, we found ourselves quite lost, having spent most of our regular days travelling and working from cafe to cafe. To stay connected we decided to go live EVERY SINGLE DAY during isolation, to maintain the connection to our beautiful coffee community. Well after 52 days straight of 10am live videos weve definitely learnt a lot and were so happy to have not just maintained that conne...ction with you guys, but strengthened it. From the bottom of our hearts we just want to say thank you so much for tuning in and enjoying coffee everyday. Were taking some time off from the daily live streams (for now) as we have some exciting things were working towards and we cant wait to share them. Oh, and as cafes come back into play of course you know where well be take care and be safe our dear coffee appreciators xx Tyler & Alex

12.01.2022 50 DAYS OF SHARED BREWING LIVE. Gotta take a moment to thank each and every person who has joined us for our morning live brewing sessions for the past 50 days. Holy cow, where did the time go and how do we brew so much coffee weve actually made so many good friends from this, and of course strengthened our connections with the ones we already know and love. Drop off a box cereal + buy a coffee at your local caf.... When schools go back, well be ready with brekky for hungry kids. All proceeds from donations will go to the local schools and breakfast clubs. And, if you donate the cash equivalent of a box of cereal, well shop for you.
