08.01.2022 If you were to make 35,000 decisions in a short space of time, how reliable do you feel your choices would be? 35,000, that is how many decisions the average human being will make in one day. To snooze or not to snooze?... To train or not to train? Red socks or black socks? Nutritious meal or Uber Eats? Everyday there is a bombardment of noise which our brain must decipher to be capable of making the ‘right choice’. In most cases, that is easier said than done. One thing we do want to be clear and certain on is what role you are playing for. When talking to a recruiter or hiring manager be decisive on what it is you are setting out to achieve. Yes you can have some room for tolerance, a bit to the left and a bit to the right but show them what you are aiming for and then work together to plot a path to get there. ‘I’m happy with anything’ will often do the opposite of what you are expecting.
