24.01.2022 On Saturday the 2nd of November our state strength and conditioning coach Gareth McLean will host a discussion on the benefits of strength and conditioning for ...our competitive or developing competitive athletes. He will be outlining the training program that is offered as part of our state squads for both developing and senior athletes. This is a great opportunity to see what is on offer as part of our squad program and for coaches who are managing their reaccreditation for next year it is a good opportunity to tackle some of the continued learning requirements.
