09.01.2022 10 years Cancer Free!!! Meet one of our local legends Sarah Firman... not only did she smash cancer but she also smashes our classes with options designed for her! I might be over 60 but try hard to keep up with my younger work out mates. My fitness is very important to me as research into all cancer recurrences shows a healthy diet and regular fitness is a prime factor in preventing cancer returning. The Movement has supported me and helped me increase my strengt...h and endurance which has improved my paddling fitness. If you don’t see Sarah in the gym she will be out on the water with her dragon boat family crushing events! You are a true inspiration Sarah! See more

06.01.2022 We are stoked to introduce another legend to the team - Coach Loui @recovery_pt Here’s a little bit about Loui I gained my qualifications in fitness from AUT University in Auckland in 2005 while playing rugby for North Harbour U20s. I’ve played International level rugby 7s for over 10 years, Won a couple National & International 7s comps & a few Powerlifting & Bodybuilding shows. I have also stumbled my way through 5 marathons I’ve been a PT for 14 years & I lo...ve the diversity associated with my job. I’m very competitive & get as much of a high out of helping/pushing people to achieve success with their goals. I’ve trained clients with disabilities, kids, grandparents, pregnant mums, first timers all the way up to past & present Olympians. I’m excited for this chapter at The Movement & look forward to training with you guys, helping you achieve your goals and yes having good banter.
