25.01.2022 Well 2020 is coming to an end We have had a horrible year, from covid to our gym getting vandalised to no fight shows... But all we can do is smile and remember that Life changes... ... We have a fantastic club filled with friendships and family and I can not wait to see what 2021 brings us.. 10.01.2022 Well today all these little champions stepped out of their comfort zone. I'm so PROUD of you all. You guys all stepped up and had a go, you gave it your best and well you had fun. Its all a learning process in the end. A big thank you to Gladstone Martial Arts Academyand Methodical Muay Thai - Gladstone For the invitation to the fantastic event that was held. The kids had a blast and can't wait until the next one. ... Thanks to all the other gyms that were involved as well such a great bunch of students and various talent. I'm happy to say from our beginners to the Advanced kids there was not one of you that didn't stand by our moto... Be Humble Remember guys I'm so proud of you all.. 05.01.2022 Well that's a wrap for 2020 Thank you to all our fabulous students, we could not be here without you. We have had a shocking 2020 but as always with all the support we made it through and can't wait to see what 2021 will bring us. Classes will resume on the 4th of January ... James from Empire Fitness & Massage & Rachel from BAMfit Personal Training They both came together and helped run some smashing sessions and well Rachel pretty much organised it all, its honestly amazing when the community sticks together. Brymac Transport for the kind donation of a new boxing bag and gloves, which the kids will love & Hollywood Earthmoving Pty Ltd for the kind donation, support and the new hats which the kids love and will wear with pride.
