19.01.2022 Hey Insta fam, old and new I haven’t done an introduction post in a hot while and with all the new faces I thought I’d tell you a little about who I am and what I’m calling in for 2021 I’m Amber from The Mumma Doula ... A fierce Mumma to two wild girls, Aura & Wynter - I’m doing a whole lot of remembering and leaning into my intuition when it comes to parenting and birthing these babes. They teach me so much. I’m also learning so deeply through the ebbs and flows of love & life with my soul lover. My family are my driving force. Their who hold me down and pick me up, and always love me anyway I specialise in holding woman and mothers on their journey of birth & rebirth. I do this in the scope of a homebirth doula , energy worker / reiki practitioner & embodiment sessions I am here to revolutionise the way women are birthing and rebirthing. I am ready to support the women who are willing to say YES to the big work. Who are ready to wholefully get to know themselves, their bodies and dive deep into their Inner work. I believe the biggest work we do as women, is through the birth and rebirth portal, yet such an underprepared for event with lack of information available. I am here to change the game on how we birth our babies, and how we rebirth ourselves when we’re being called to level up. Our planet is dying and we need a new wave of consciousness to enter the world and make big changes. We need little light workers who are ready to heal our earth. But when we think about the way our babies are being born it all makes an impact. Peace on earth begins with birth. We need the strength and courage to birth our babies in our full power and potential to create this new wave on earth. We need to be birthing our babies in our power to heal. We need to be woman in our power, to be the healers. So how can we get here? How can we heal the earth and ourselves? Reclaiming our birthing right as women. Reclaiming your rights as women. 13.01.2022 I had a really cool conversation with a client yesterday about the need of keeping your energy and vibration sacred in those last few weeks of pregnancy Nesting becomes real for a reason, we’re going inward & slowing down.. Babies do that, they require our attention and our mumma instincts tune in and we show up, it’s how we do Your energy is just as important as important as getting the nursery set up. ... Your vibe is your tribe so just be mindful of the conversations you are having and the people you are spending your time with. You can ask yourself what does this person reflect for me and work out how their influence in your final stages of pregnant really affect you. Probably don’t hang out with aunt Ruth if she’s against homebirth amd that’s your birth plan... that kinda thing.
