07.01.2022 Back in the gym after a bit of a break over Chrissy - gonna feel that one, had a run with my kids on their bikes then did a quick but intense 30min weights session, full body, very little rest to failure!!! I'm back!!!

01.01.2022 Stopped distance runs a while ago due to tendinitis in my achilles - done a few 7 & 8 k runs the last few weeks and today I managed over 10ks again. Feeling pretty chuffed with that!
