The band line up was Elvis Presley Scotty Moore and Bill Black. The name was taken from a song they had recorded just two weeks previously, 'Blue Moon of Kentucky.'

05.01.2022 The Managers of The Musician's Cafe have made the decision to close the cafe in the interests of staff and public safety. We hope that the cafe recieves the repairs it requires so that a safe kitchen can operate in the future. On behalf of me and Dave, we'd like to wish everyone in Kuranda well for a brighter future.
